Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, Australia, Canada, the UK or anywhere else, we've got you covered. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it directly from your order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may have already been processed for fulfilment. Contact us at support@homera.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Is the SafeDoc Pro really fireproof?
Yes. The SafeDoc Pro is made from liquid silicone fiberglass cloth and can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F). It has been tested against sustained heat exposure to ensure your documents remain protected in the event of a house fire or wildfire evacuation.
Is it actually waterproof, or just water-resistant?
It's fully waterproof. The bag uses a dual-layer waterproof seal that prevents any water ingress. It has been tested in submersion conditions, not just splash resistance — so it holds up in floods too.
What fits inside the SafeDoc Pro?
The bag measures 36 x 27 x 10 cm, which is large enough to hold: passports, national ID cards, birth and marriage certificates, insurance documents, USB drives and small external hard drives, cash and cards, and A4 documents (folded or rolled).
How do I clean the bag?
Simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or submerging in water for extended periods.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damage and email us at support@homera.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
